Our Energy Policy
Betek Iraq is committed to using energy and resources responsibly in everything we do, from our offices and warehouses to the way products reach our agents.
Our commitments
- Use energy efficiently in our offices and warehouses, with efficient lighting and equipment, and switch off what is not in use
- Plan deliveries to agents and projects to reduce distance travelled and fuel used
- Promote water-based, low-emission Betek products wherever they suit the job
- Reduce packaging waste and send materials for reuse or recycling where possible
- Comply with all applicable energy and environmental laws and regulations
- Make energy use part of everyday decisions, and train our team to do the same
Review
We review this policy regularly and set practical goals for improvement. Suggestions from customers, agents and staff are welcome.
