If something is not right with a product or a service, tell us:
- Contact us through the contact form, WhatsApp, phone or email, with the product name and, if you have it, the batch number on the pack.
- We will confirm we have received your message and look into it with the agent and, where needed, with Betek.
- We will come back to you with an answer and a solution as soon as we can.
