The technology used in Purakril Silk paint enables it to expand as the surface expands and prevents the formation of small or invisible cracks on the surface. Thanks to its flexible and advanced formula, Purakril Silk paint can be used as a top coat paint without diluting it as it can be applied as a smooth paint and due to the high percentage of adhesive in the paint, it creates a CO2 (carbon dioxide) barrier.

Purakril Silk paint prevents rust, protects concrete and does not absorb any external water, thanks to the impermeability of CO2.

Surfaces of use:

• Purakril Silk can be used on acrylic or mineral based surfaces, plaster, concrete, exposed concrete, precast concrete panels and old precast plaster surfaces with fading self-adhesive paint.
• Make sure to sand down any defective areas on the surface to be painted.
• Purakril Silk paint should only be applied to the surface to be painted after the primer has been applied.
• Purakril Primer is recommended for colours that have been warned of poor coverage.
